Senior Connections: Navigating Life Skills & Social Inclusion. Date March 31, 2025 – October 31, 2025

Asante Canada’s Seniors Program is designed to support older adults in our community by reducing isolation and loneliness. The program provides a safe and welcoming space where seniors can connect, share information, and exchange lived experiences with one another.

Asante Canada also provides educational materials and practical information to help seniors navigate the evolving technological landscape. This includes guidance on recognizing and avoiding internet fraud, cellphone scams, and other common scams related to home renovations, snow removal, and lawn care services.

Through the Asante Canada Buddy System, seniors are connected with vetted and trusted community members who can provide support when assistance is needed.

The health-related educational series, delivered by qualified professionals within our community, helps seniors better understand aging, chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and how to access available health care resources.
