紅燒餅(紅豆沙餅),以台式囍餅古味麵皮做法 - 蛋、紐西蘭奶油、麵粉等食材揉製出具濃郁蛋香與鬆軟口感的外皮。內餡經過手工搓揉調合，綿密中帶有顆粒的口感，完整保留紅豆顆粒的原味。 經過熟稔的反覆烘烤後，展現焦而不黑、完美烤色的紅燒餅。
