Gebruik
Neem 3 maal daags 1 tot 2 tabletten tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd. Bij voorkeur innemen bij een maaltijd. 

Meer dan 1000mg Vitamine C kan milde maagklachten geven bij gevoelige personen.Het is beter om Vitamine C in kleinere hoeveelheden gespreid over de dag en nacht in te nemen omdat Vitamine C snel wordt uitgescheiden.  Dit is niet erg praktisch en daarom heeft Lamberts®
Vitamine C Time Release (de vitamine komt gelijkmatig in 6 uur vrij) wat maakt dat het preparaat langer actief is in ons lichaam.
