MagnaFlow Standard Grade Federal/EPA Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 93367 helps keep the check engine light off. DIY installation is easy with the proper tools (no cutting or welding required). With features including mandrel-bent tubing to eliminate flow restrictions and stainless steel construction to resist corrosion, you can have confidence in the quality of this catalytic converter. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning systems in the design process, the MagnaFlow metrology department ensures this new part to fit and function like the original equipment. This direct-fit catalytic converter is designed to fit the 1986-1990 Lincoln Town Car, 1987-1991 Ford LTD Crown Victoria, and additional vehicles. Avoid potential exhaust leaks by using the included gaskets to get a proper seal.

I have a zillion friends with spring birthdays, not to mention my mom (who came of working age during this gender-siloed Mad-Men-tastic era) and I'm buying it for every single one.

This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
