The dual-weight GORE-TEX Pro construction pairs a 3-layer upper with a 4-layer lower — the most durable material combination Simms has ever put in a wader. The lower takes the punishment of rocks, current, and abrasion where it matters most, while the lighter upper keeps the overall weight and breathability optimized for all-day comfort. Patented front and back leg seams enhance mobility and increase durability exactly where traditional waders fail first, and patented 2mm abrasion-resistant built-in gravel guards protect against wear at the ankles without the need for separate accessories.
The patented compression-molded stockingfeet deliver enhanced comfort and improved boot fit and lace bite — eliminating the bunching and pressure points that plague lesser waders after long days on the water. The extended YKK waterproof zipper makes quick streamside relief and easy on/off faster and more convenient than ever, even in cold conditions with heavy gloves.
Two dual zippered stretch woven chest pockets provide quick access to fishing necessities, while zippered high-pile fleece lined handwarmer pockets deliver warmth and storage on cold mornings.
