Using proper mix ratios , several tests have been conducted in Dr Orchards clinical setting. Sperm was healthy, and mobile during testing for the time period of 3 days minimum.
The RTU Semen Extender comes in 2, 10 ML vials for a total supply of 20 ML. Mix Ratios of Sperm : Extender are determined by Semen Volume. For Transport, this ratio is 1:2 ( Semen : Extender ). Based on typical semen volume, 1 Box of RTU Semen Extender will support 2 Breedings.
