The standard oven’s powerful 45 k BTU burner and precision thermostat deliver rapid preheat and tight temperature control from 175 °F to 550 °F. A fully-porcelainized, coved interior promotes even airflow and wipes clean in seconds. One heavy-duty rack is included; add extras any time.

• Never cover the charbroiler grates with a sheet pan while burners are on; heat reflection will cause permanent damage.
