Ryan & Dickson are long time friends and bandmates from multi award winning New Zealand based rock band The Narcs best known for their 1984 NZ chart topper (You Took Me) Heart & Soul which was written by Dickson & Ryan. The Ryan Dickson Line EP is the result of a side project and one of many for Liam & Andrew. Recorded, mixed and mastered over several months in Waihi New Zealand and Brisbane Australia during 2016 the 4 track debut EP came to fruition (with an unofficial release date) available online and in a limited run of beautifully packaged CD's in Dec 2016.The songs explore the idea of accumulated experience. Memory, rage, forgiveness, heartbreak and hearts repaired, a pill for everything, the longing for transcendence and environmental concern.
Two of the songs are brand new and two are a hybrid blend of new and old demo ideas melded together with a fresh look at arrangements, chords, lyrics, instrumentation and vocal production. We wanted to hear how these songs would develop in a different way. Utilising more acoustic instruments and blend that with a lounge-house vibe and with a rootsy and fat sounding approach to the production. Its kind of a shuffled playlist of styles within the blues, roots, reggae and country pop rock genres' ...perfect listening on a summers drive!

My Heels Were in Bad Shape. Like… Really Bad

These moisturizing heel socks with the gel cushions were honestly a small miracle for me.
After recovering from cancer treatments, my skin became extremely dry everywhere, but my heels were the worst. They cracked so deeply they looked like fissures and were even bleeding. I tried lotions and bandages repeatedly with very little progress.
A friend suggested I treat my heel like it might have a fungal component, so I applied Lotrimin cream, put these heel socks on, and hoped for the best. Within three days, my heels were fully healed. I completed a 7-day routine, and my feet have never been softer.
The silicone gel cushion is comfortable, soothing, and stays in place. I loved it so much that I still treat myself about once a week, even though I really don’t need to anymore.
They are also washable. I hand-washed mine in the sink and let them air dry, and they came out looking brand new.
If your heels are cracked, painful, or need serious care, I highly recommend these.

Healed cracked feet!

These moisturizing heel socks are great for dry, cracked heels. They’re soft, comfortable, and easy to wear around the house or overnight. I like that the silicone/gel part helps lock in moisture, especially when paired with foot cream or lotion.
They fit well without feeling too tight, and having 4 pairs is really convenient. After using them consistently, my heels felt softer and smoother. Great little self-care item, especially if you’re on your feet a lot or struggle with dry skin.
