This Manometer Demo Type Large +/- 200mm can measure tiny increments of pressure, such as those found in natural gas, and demonstrate principles of manometry. Equipped with a wall hanging ring and a mouth blow tube, the unit allows for pressurizing one leg of the 'U' tube. Users can fill the 'U' tube with colored water (dyed with food dye) for better visibility of the water level.

Kit Included:

• 1 x Manometer, in aluminum housing with plastic front
• 1 x Blow tube for pushing over the ‘fitting’ and for blowing with the mouth or for placing into an air stream for measurement of very small pressures
• 1 x Metal fitting to be pushed into one leg of the 'U' tube to accept the blow tube.

NOTE:The standard method employed by gas plumbers to gauge household gas pressure is through the use of a water manometer.
