The Human EPCA2 (Early Prostate Cancer Antigen 2) ELISA Kit measures EPCA2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti EPCA2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with EPCA2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of EPCA2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

This spray serum is lovely!
This spray serum is very nice! First, let me qualify that my husband works in dermatology and I have access to high-end skin care products. I’ve taken good care of my skin for years and it’s already in great shape, so I never expect to see dramatically-improved results from any new product. That said, I was pleased with the Color Science Barrier Pro Serum Spray sent to me by Amazon Vine in return for my honest review. Does it make me look 10 years younger? No, but there is a “glow” after I spritz myself face that isn’t greasy or glittery, just skin that is hydrated and calm. The mist is very fine and doesn’t disturb my makeup, there’s no discernible scent, and it doesn’t sting my skin or eyes. It dries quick enough, maybe 30 seconds after I spritz it on. I’m not sure what to make of the claims that it helps my skin make its own vitamin D, but my skin feels refreshed and looks nice. I keep the spray bottle in my purse and use it throughout the day. It’s expensive emoji that I’d hesitate to purchase, but having used it, ai know the spray mist is extremely fine so it should last quite a while, even using it 3-4 times a day.
