A blend of organic Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Clairette and Ugni Blanc, the l’Amauve is a dead ringer for a top Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc. Aromas of freshly cut hay, honey and wet stones give way to the rich, balanced palate. It’s a full-bodied white (yet only 12.5% alc.) with peach and citrus fruits that play off one another and complement the stoney gout de terroir.
