The copper color on our bags is a not so subtle tip of the hat to Mr. Houghton. Although he was lost in a canoeing accident on Lake Superior at age 36, Houghton left a lasting impact on our state. 

The Houghton House is the most classic cup of coffee you could imagine. Savory, sweet and caramel-chocolate finish. This is a blend we have been roasting for a long time, and is the coffee that gets "This is a best coffee I've ever had" more often than not. Its a blend of estate coffees from Colombia and Brazil.

These have turned out to be great everyday shoes for my 5 year old. She normally wears a size 10, but since that size wasn’t available, I ordered the 11 expecting her to grow into them.
