Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached. 

All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.

If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. These are plenty big, so your dog will have a good ol' time with it. Probably won't do much else till it's gone. Not sure "chew" is an accurate description, it's more of a gnawing and slobbering kind of process. Drool seems to soften them up. Don't give them one on the bed or couch. They are hard, resilient, and rather dense, but not crunchy; they don't break up like a biscuit would. And the center is sort of like a very stiff taffy. But it took me way more licks than a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop, I can tell you. Our little dogs tackled one that I cut in half, and they did pretty well. But they really are too big for small dogs.
