Capresso made serious improvements from previous models to give connoisseurs new features including a removable, easy to clean coffee bean hopper as well as a water tank. The Two-step grind and clean chamber automatically cleans the ground coffee chute after every cycle, and a new oily bean function allows the grinder to run a few moments longer if desired. This helps with darker roasts, which tend to not flow as well through any grinder or can also add an extra boost to the strength of the coffee for any other roast. The body of the unit is wrapped in stainless steel for a professional-grade look.
