Lychnis coronaria 'Atrosanguinea' is a classic cottage garden perennial, treasured for its rich, deep crimson-magenta flowers set against striking silvery-grey, woolly foliage. Flowering throughout the summer months, this eye-catching variety brings bold colour and soft texture to borders, gravel gardens and informal planting schemes. A reliable and low-maintenance performer, it thrives in well-drained soils and sunny positions, making it an excellent choice for both new and experienced gardeners.

This set includes 3 or 6 established plants, each supplied in a 1Ltr root-ball, ready to plant out and establish quickly in the garden. Lychnis Atrosanguinea is fully hardy and will return year after year, often self-seeding to create natural, relaxed drifts of colour. The flowers are attractive to pollinators, providing a valuable nectar source for bees and butterflies throughout the summer.

Great Book.
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Its great to be able to go back and read Stokely Carmichael today in his own words. This book provides an excellent overview of what black power means and how the concept originated. Although the book seems a bit dated today, many of the ideas presented are still entirely relevant. Ive only given the book four stars due to its age. Many of the statistics presented are dated, and undoubtedly there are other texts available today that present these ideas in a much better/newer way. But if you are interested in Stokely Carmichael and what he stood for, this is the book to read.

Format: Paperback
Excellent articulation of the Black Power initiative within the Civil Rights Movement. A detailed view of Black Power, it's objectives, how these would be achieved, as well as it's misinterpretations. An afterword from each author appended in 1992 provides insight, reflection, and perspective on all that's changed, and what hasn't, since the book's publishing.
