Bold, richly flavored and juicy fruit flavors ink the palate in black berry fruits, dusty all-spice, black pepper and leathery dry tannins. It is a solid pairing for a classic roast beef, a perfectly grilled flank steak w/ a chimichurri drizzle, or Korean-barbecue meatballs.
