ATGBICS Compatible AQP-XPA4-005 40GBase QSFP+ to 4 SFP+ Active Optical Cable operates over Active Fibre using a wavelength of 850nm over MMF with a cable length of 5m. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. It is suitable for short reach connection between 40G QSFP+ and 10G SFP+ enabled host adapters, switches, and servers in 40G interconnecting networking applications and provides a cost-efficient way to connect hardware within close proximity racks. This breakout cable connects to 1 x 40G QSFP+ port on one end and to 4 x 10G SFP+ ports on the other end.

Does not come with a pump.

The Good: Changing the fluid in the lower unit is a very easy DIY job. This can save you hundreds of dollars each year by doing it yourself.
The Bad: You need a special pump to change the oil, and sometimes it comes with the gear lube. Unfortunately this product did not come with it. Luckily my neighbor had an extra one from changing the lube a different boat laying around and was able to use that.
The Ugly: If you have to go get the pump, that could cost a few extra dollar but is just an extra nuisance. The pumps are interchangable but you just need to clean it between uses (DON'T MIX DIFFERENT OIL BRANDS)
