Product Details:
This LED driver is powered by DALI, a 2-way communication protocol that controls and communicates with lighting system components. It is compatible with DALI and DALI 2 dimming systems and provides dimming functions from 0% to 100%. This driver requires other DALI-powered devices and can be integrated with smart LED fittings, making it more efficient and cost-effective.
The driver is available in 12v DC or 24v DC and has a maximum capacity of 30w. To avoid damage when connecting multiple fixtures, ensure their total wattage does not exceed 30w. This driver is ideal for low-voltage strip lights and under cabinet lights and is equipped with safety features such as short circuits, overload, and over-voltage protection. It also has a built-in active PFC function.
Our LED driver is suitable for indoor applications, except in the bathroom, as it does not have enough protection against liquids (IP20-rated). However, you can use it in various areas, such as dining rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, storage rooms, pantries, home offices, game rooms, wardrobes, etc. For bathrooms and outdoor areas, you'll need a higher IP rating!
The driver is mains wireable, allowing you to connect it directly to the mains circuit. You can hardwire it to the primary power supply to control lights with a regular light switch or dimmer on the wall or add a plug at the driver's end to plug fixtures into an empty socket to turn them on/off. The first option requires more skills, while the second option is more DIY-friendly but may require a nearby socket. If you're unsure about wiring, it's best to contact an electrician for safety and your home's security.
