It has a clasp on one end to attach to a pups collar and a small loop on the other side. Great for positive reinforcement with teething puppies and dogs that like to chew anything they can get their mouth on.
**We do not recommend using this item as a tether. The line is short and can be very scary for a dog. Only use with human supervision.
