It has since been declassified. This field manual explains ways civilians can inflict sabotage through ordinary means and, while doing so, minimize undue attention. The booklet contains instructions for destabilizing or reducing progress and productivity by non-violent means. According to the booklet, saboteurs were often sympathizers who were keen to disrupt the enemyÕs war efforts during the World War Two.
