Musashi Plant Protein Blend (89%) [Pea Protein Isolate (86%), Brown Rice Protein Concentrate (3%), Chia Protein (0.5%)], Soluble corn Fibre (3%), Natural Flavours, Amino Acids [L-Glutamine (2%), BCAAs (1%) [L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine)], Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder (0.5%), Salt, Natural Sweeteners (Thaumatin, Steviol Glycosides), Enzyme (0.2%) (Papain).

Directions:
DAILY: Can be added to water, smoothies or food as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days. Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.

WHEN: PRE & POST-TRAINING: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

Contraindications and cautions:
