Fish oil provides two essential omega-3 fatty acids, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). As both are essential fatty acids our bodies cannot produce, it is important that we get them from our diet. Supplementation may be of assistance when there are dietary gaps. Active ingredients:
Per soft capsule:
Fish oil natural 511.53 mg
equivalent to Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 133 mg,
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 28 mg.

Contains: soya bean products, fish products, sucralose, sulfites and phenylalanine.

Directions:
Give 2 soft capsules per day.
Children 1 year – 3 years: twist or cut off the tail and squeeze into your child’s mouth or onto food.
Children 4+ years: the entire capsule is chewable and suitable to be eaten, recommended under adult supervision. Or as directed by your health professional.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store under 25 °C.
• Protect from moisture.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
