Built for fast-paced prep lines, this 72-inch mega top table combines 18 ingredient pan openings, flexible drawer-and-door storage, and self-contained R290 refrigeration.
- Three-section, 72-inch mega top design provides a spacious refrigerated prep surface.
- Top holds 18 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep and the top accommodates 6-inch-deep pans.
- Two pull-out drawers and two doors give flexible cold storage for ingredients and backup product.
- Includes a 10-inch polyethylene cutting board for efficient sandwich and salad prep.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor.
