The Airex Sandwich Prep Bench is a great addition for cafe’s, canteens and takeaway venues.
The refrigerated service well generates cold air that distributes both above and below ingredient pans.
A unique full-length, coated evaporator coil provides uniformed cooling across the entire well while operating as a fully self-contained unit.
The unit is supplied with sliding Perspex lids for the blown well, digital temperature display and control, cutting board and 100mm deep 1/3GN pans.
Choose from 1, 2 or 3 door unit configurations.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- Refrigerated GN 1/3 size service well with cold air blowing above and below ingredient pans. Includes under counter refrigerated storage below
- Sliding perspex lids for blown well
- Designed to operate at ambient temperatures up to 40°C with lid on, 32°C with lid off
- Digital temperature display and control
- Designed to operate between 2°C – 5°C
- Full-length, back mounted, coated evaporator coil for uniformed cooling across the entire well
- Removable filter for easy cleaning
- Fully self-contained
- Supplied on standard and lockable castors for ease of cleaning
