This breaker is part of the R-Frame series and features an electronic Digitrip RMS 310 trip unit, designed to provide consistent monitoring and tripping accuracy under varying load conditions.
The unit offers LS protection functions, including adjustable long-delay and short-delay settings. The long-delay pickup level is configured through a rating plug, which determines the continuous current rating and must be installed for the breaker to operate. Short-delay protection can be configured with either I²t response for coordinated protection or flat response for faster clearing in specific applications.
This configuration also includes factory-installed option codes P02, S29, and Y01, providing additional configuration flexibility depending on system requirements.
