Mì lạnh trộn Hàn Quốc 720g là một sản phẩm đến từ thương hiệu Choung Soo nổi tiếng được thành lập từ năm 1953. Đây là loại bibim-naengmyeon phiên bản đóng gói sẵn tiện lợi, giúp người dùng có thể dễ dàng chế biến tại nhà.

Mì có màu nâu nhạt, được làm từ tinh bột khoai lang và chứa tới khoảng 30.7% kết hợp thêm bột mì, bột kiều mạch và bột soda lạnh tạo nên từng sợi mì mềm, thơm dai. Sốt trộn bibim là sự kết hợp hài hòa giữa nước, đường, bột ớt đỏ, giấm, chiết xuất tỏi, hương dưa chuột....mang đến mùi vị chua ngọt vừa ăn. 

Với gói mì lạnh này, bạn chỉ cần luộc mì chín, xả qua nước lạnh rồi cho sốt vào trộn đều là có thể dùng được ngay. Để tăng thêm "độ lạnh" giải mát cho những ngày nắng nóng oi bức, bạn có thể cho thêm đá vào, và đừng quên ăn kèm với trứng, lê, thịt bò...để bữa ăn trở nên hấp dẫn và chất lượng hơn nhé!

Sản phẩm được đóng gói bịch 720g bao gồm 520g mì và 4 gói sốt, có thể nấu được 4 phần ăn. Ngoài mì lạnh trộn, Choung Soo còncó thêm loại mì lạnh nấu nước dùng cùng size cũng được ưa thích không kém. Nếu là một fan của naengmyeon thì đừng ngại gì mà không thử luôn cả 2 loại nhé!

  • Mì (520g): Bột mì, tinh bột khoai lang, bột kiều mạch, muối tinh, bột soda lạnh,...
  • Sốt trộn bibim (50g x 4 gói): Nước tinh khiết, đường trắng, bột ớt đỏ, mạch nha, glucose, giấm lên men, chiết xuất nấm men, chiết xuất tỏi, hương dưa chuột, muối tinh, axit xitric, chất điều vị,…

It is an upgrade from PRODUKT
There's a lot to like with this frother. First off, it gets super-fast. It has good power but struggles a bit through thicker liquids at high speeds. I really got it exclusively for frothing milk and making really smooth chocolate milk. For those things it works well. I like the stand. I just keep a napkin under it so it will drip dry after rinsing. It is easy to clean because you can just run it on about medium under running water. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, probably once every other day, and I'm still on the first charge. To me that is excellent battery life. It spins true, even at high speed. The key is to treat it well and probably make sure to use the stand instead of laying it on the counter. Because of the high RPM, any imbalance or bend at all is really going to be exaggerated. The only thing I am not crazy about is the control. I don't like that I have to twist it off while in the liquid. I wish there was just a switch along with the adjustment ring.

Quiet and Effective frother/mixer and Terrific Customer Service
Zulay Kitchen Powerful Milk Frother Wand We ordered two Zulay frother wands and after just several months of continuous usage one of the units stopped working and the other one was sporadically working, where sometimes it would run “full power” and at other times it was barely spinning or turning the beverage. I called Zulay and gave them my Amazon order number. After the Customer Service rep walked me through some minor things to check on the units she was also convinced that the units were probably defective. She had a replacement sent from Zulay along with a mini as a bonus for our troubles! And she had Amazon ship the other replacement unit. Both shipments arrived promptly within days and we have been using them for months now without any major issues. We use the units (the two “standard” wands) almost every day and they get used two to three times a day. They only take ten to twenty seconds to mix up cocoa powder, hot or cold. And the same goes for different protein powder shakes. What I especially like about these units is that there have been many times when I have had to use them off-hours, like between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. They are Whisper quiet so nobody gets disturbed. One generally can’t do this level of quiet stirring/mixing with a kitchen hand blender/mixer or shake blenders. These Zulay mixing units have really come in “handy” for us. We are very Grateful to Amazon for their prompt delivery, and especially to the Customer Service representative at Zulay for her help, and to Zulay for standing behind their products and providing us with terrific and prompt Customer Service!
