This Lilienstahl Gyuto is forged out of a superior damascus and finished with a regional walnut handle.
This pattern was forged with light and dark stars in an exploded mosaic damask consisting of 3 different mosaic bars, which in turn are assembled from 4 different steels with the greatest precision.
Details:
The secondary bevel is applied at 2/10 of the blade thickness, giving the kitchen tool a sharp edge and very low cutting resistance. Enjoy effortless work and graceful simplicity in a fusion of Japanese aesthetics and modern forging art.
