KarrajongKarrajong (Brachychiton populneus) This drought tolerant tree is native to Eastern Australia. Its fruits take the form of canoe shaped pods hanging in clusters of three to five. The species owes its common name to Dharuk, a language once widely spoken by Australian Aborginal peoples who lived in the area around Sydney.
