A nyatoh neck with walnut fingerboard offers stellar playability and response. Meanwhile, an Ibanez T-Bar II undersaddle and AEQ-TTS preamp pump out beautifully articulate amplified tone.
The AEG50 also features a smooth, deep cutaway that gives you access to those higher notes up the neck.
Ibanez AEQ-TTS preamp w/Onboard Tuner
The small and simple preamp has only two control knobs, volume and shape. This at-a-glance tone control offers natural acoustic sound in the center position. It allows players to adjust the tone easily and enables them to go from low, fat and powerful tones to a bright and crisp sound while adjusting only one knob. A new easy-to-read onboard tuner with LCD(liquid crystal display) is located on the preamp.

The Laurel fretboard provides a rich and warm tone.
Laurel bridge
The Laurel bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone.
Nyatoh neck
The Nyatoh neck provides a rich mid-low end.
Okoume back and sides
The Okoume back and sides generate a woody, warm tone when the guitar is played softly or finger-picked and provide punchy high-mids with a clear projection when strummed.
