This kit provides a full replacement for the factory GM ECU. It utilizes existing vehicle wiring and sensors to deliver plug-in convenience. Using an integration patch harness and a MoTeC M182 ECU the kit delivers fully programmable engine control to the platform while maintaining stock vehicle systems functionality. The M1 ECU is supplied with firmware that is based on the MoTeC GPR and MoTeC USA Drag packages with additional enhancements and features unique to the 2016 – 2019 Chevrolet Camaro V8 platforms and motorsports demands.
Available for both the ‘A8’ 8 speed and ‘A10’ 10-speed automatic transmission variants. Available for the 6 speed manual transmission variant, with and without paddle shift support..
The kit is comprised of a MoTeC M182 ECU, “Plug & Play” patch harness, MoTeC LTCD, and two LSU 4.9 lambda sensors.
The package supports the following OE ECU features with user-definable parameters:
- Push-button start
- Fully functioning fuel level gauge
- Automatic transmission control integration (GM TCM integration)
- Remote start
