• 30 Minute Target Session (focused muscle group)

Bundle Packages
Bundles include 4 sessions and your appointment time will be reserved weekly or bi-weekly to help maintain progress and keep your body moving properly.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, it will be based on availability within that week.
Mobile Services Available

Travel fee: $0.67 per mile
Booking Policy
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposit goes toward your session total
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time
