We've now decided to provide the education needed to help make your sewing journey a satisfying one. From our own experience we know that sewing what you've picked out is more satisfying than what someone else picked for you. So, you pick the fabric and pattern, come to the collective and we will lend advise and help while you sew your project together. This will be a monthly offering as long as there is interest. Plan your first gathering to get the information you need before you start your project. Clothing was our first love in sewing and we hope to help make it yours.Shipping Notes

A dose is more than one pill so you need to take it throughout the day

I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4.
The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.
